Phone Access Line (PAL)
PAL enables you to get up-to-date information on your bank accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. PAL is safe and secure – only you have access to your accounts. You can access PAL by calling our Toll free number 1-866-MUTUAL8 or 1-866-688-8258.

United Central Bank’s PAL lets you:

• Review your checking, saving, money market, CD, IRA or loan account balances.
• Verify deposits and withdrawals.
• Transfer funds from one account to another.
• Determine whether a specific check has cleared.
• Obtain your current statement to date by fax.

Online Banking
United Central Bank's Online Banking lets you:

• Review your account balances.
• View check images from statements.
• Review statement and history detail.
• Transfer funds between any eligible United Central Bank accounts.
• Download your transactions directly into Quicken® or Microsoft Money®.

Night Drop Service
Our night drop service offers you the security and safety of depositing large amounts of cash before or after regular business hours. Keys and locked bags are available for your convenience at a minimum charge.

Direct Deposit
Have your paycheck, government or retirement benefits, or other sources of income electronically deposited directly into your United Central Bank checking or savings account.

Wire Transfers
United Central Bank can transfer and receive funds from any bank in the world. With United Central Bank's Wire Transfer Service you can initiate domestic and international transfers. Because you can transfer funds quickly, you can maximize the use of your funds for investment or debt pay down purposes.

Cashier's Checks
United Central Bank provides Cashier's Checks for you whenever you may be required to assure payment to a third party.

Traveler's Checks
When you'd rather not carry cash, use Traveler's Checks from United Central Bank. We provide American Express Traveler’s Checks. They are accepted around the world for payment of goods and services. American Express guarantees full reimbursement for the face value of your checks if they are lost, stolen or destroyed.

Overdraft Protection: Check Guard
Never worry about an overdraft again. One way to protect yourself and your credit record, is establishing a personal line of credit through United Central Bank’s Check Guard (overdraft protection). Once approved for a credit line amount and your Check Guard agreement is signed, funds automatically transfer to your checking account to cover overdrafts (within the available limits of your credit line).
